He would be stupid not to, this fight could put Joshua into retirement, Fury will stop him

Re: Fury v Joshua
Yeah he should do. Would like to see fury go at it the same way he did in the 2nd wilder fight

Re: Fury v Joshua
Can't see Joshua retiring any time soon after his meltdown post-Usyk, where he showed he's desperate to prove he has it in him to be the GOAT with a bit more training

I think Fury will beat the crap out of him at least 3 times

Joshua will get pummelled. He can't take a punch. As soon as he gets hit he looks like a pissed tramp.

Just hope Fury remembers how to lace his gloves up legally this time!

Re: Fury v Joshua
Either one could win this and I’m a bit surprised at the terms Fury offered. Reckon he could have had a much bigger cut.

Joshua is a much better fighter than Wilder and has a decent dig. If the odds are good on him I will definitely have a few quid on him winning.

Do you believe all that then? How is it possible to get away with shit like that these days if the other corner has to be present and examine it?

No time for the pikey cheat, shares a butcher with that Mexican cunt as well as taking glove liberties

Funny enough, against all logic I have a feeling Joshua will have him

Hammer I am - not really but some photos did look weird and its not just wilder to comment on that. i do think though it could be my own racism cos i just dont trust pikeys. Not one of them.

Been fashionable for a while now to dislike Joshua but have to say fair play to him – he took the Usyk rematch immediately and he’s taken this, in both cases most fighters in history would have gone away, licked their wounds and built back up with a couple of warm up fights. If / when he loses this, he’s done.
His performances against bigger heavies has generally been pretty good – most of his struggles have come against smaller, shorter fighters; so may have more than a punchers chance.

Unlikely, and probably trying to convince myself that its even worth being interested in, but good luck to both of them.

The result depends on which Fury turns up.
Joshua is too rigid and doesn't punch as hard as wilder.

“ Been fashionable for a while now to dislike Joshua”

Didn’t it become more prevalent after his repeated racist tirades?

If a white boxer referred to ‘the superior white race’, I’d think that black people who still liked him were a bit weird and possibly self hating. I’d also think that whites who still liked him were a bit weird too, just not self-hating.

Re: Fury v Joshua
Just can't see Joshua getting anywhere near Fury, who's been the outstanding heavyweight of the last decade.

Fury must think a victory is relatively straight forward, massive pay day, then finish with Usyk.

Re: Fury v Joshua
fair play to AJ for taking this fight off the back of two straight defeats.
yes he will get paid a lot of money, but he is still showing a desire to fight the best out there.

you never know with Fury - he might not take this as seriously as he should.

at least we have seen the top 4 heavyweights all willing to fight one another.

"If / when he loses this, he’s done."

In terms of the world title picture. I still think there would be interest in a rematch with Whyte and a fight with Wilder should he decide to continue on.

Re: Fury v Joshua
As others have said you can't say Joshua swerves anyone so credit where it's due. Just can't see how he wins though. Fury the better boxer and took everything Wilder threw at him and got up from one he shouldn't have got up from. Joshua will take it seriously, depends if Fury does.

Be good entertainment in the run up to Christmas, lots of nonsense, back and forth and little documentaries inside training etc which I generally enjoy more than the fight.

Then an excuse on fight night to get together and let’s face it, it will be interesting to see. Shame it’s not at the time when everyone was desperate for it but definitely still worth watching.

Re: Fury v Joshua
Joshua absolutely had to take this fight. Fury proper called him out, if he didn't take it his credibility would've been done.

And yes, he massively cares about that, that was very clear after the meltdown.

Some of the posts on here demonstrate very well exactly what it was that Jimmy Carr was taking the piss out of.
